Baking Goal: Lemon Ice Box Pie

Doesn't this look wonderful? I love lemon cream pies and I love those vanilla cookies on top so I know that I am going to love making this!

That looks so good, it reminds me of school functions back in the day, someone would always bring a cake or pie with Vanilla wafers.
